FAQ

When you join, you and Baylee create a plan perfect for YOU! Workouts are the same for all members BUT you get to pick and choose which you do depending on your goals and workout days. Your nutrition goal is specific to you and the meal plan generator includes your dietary preferences. During your first week you have access to message Baylee 1:1 to create your gameplan & ensure you're starting at the right place (because Baylee wants to see you win!)

While you can lose anywhere from 0.5-2 pounds per week, you'll most likely see a GOOD amount of progress at least 3 months in! If you commit the next 3+ months to this membership you'll be amazed what you can accomplish!

For home workouts, preferably a chair/bench, dumbbells and booty bands. A variety of dumbbells would be great to make sure you can challenge yourself during the workouts. The gym workouts include a variety of equipment, including machines, cables, dumbbells, etc. There is minimal barbell work in the program.

Workouts range from 30-50 minutes, with home workouts usually being about 25/30 minutes long.

When you join there is a link in the "Baylee's Updates" group that shows you where to update or cancel your membership easily.

To ACTUALLY see results from your workouts, you should be doing the same ones for a minimum of 2/3 weeks. Workouts progress in a 6-8 week time frame to help you progress but keep it fun. Anything less than that isn't going to give you optimal results as you don't have enough time to improve in them
