After the first couple of days you will NOT have 1:1 support.
After you buy:
You will immediately receive an email that includes a link to join the fitwithbay app. Once joined, you will see the Custom Program Questionnaire on your home page. Once that is completed, you will receive your custom program within 1-3 days.
Around 4 weeks after your purchase, you will receive a message with the option to purchase a new custom training program and another 4 weeks of access to the fitwithbay app. If you choose not to continue, your access to the app will finish after 5 full weeks from purchase date.
