Workout information:

Flexible 3-4 day workout schedule

6 weeks of workouts: 2 training phases that are 3 weeks long

Workout split: legs/abs, chest/arms, glutes/abs, back/shoulders

Home workouts take 20-30 minutes (you choose how long you workout for!)

Gym workouts take 35-45 minutes

Video demonstrations of all exercises & the ability to swap out exercises

Equipment needed:

Gym: dumbbells, cables, machines, minimal barbell work (only for hip thrusts & can be swapped out)

Home: dumbbells, resistance bands (get a pack that has a door anchor), mini loop resistance bands
Connect your Apple Watch to track workouts, steps, habits, and more right from your wrist.
Sync with devices and apps like Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and Withings to monitor workouts, sleep, nutrition, and body composition.
After you buy:
You will immediately receive an email that includes the challenge nutrition guide. The Thursday/Friday before the challenge begins you will receive another email including a link to join the fitwithbay app and receive access to the groupchat and workouts.
You will only receive access to the fitwithbay app for 6/7 weeks. To keep access to the app afterwards you can join Train with Bay.
